Group MC steunt management buy out van Oprins Plant en creëert Plant Select
Group MC uit Hasselt verwerft samen met het management van Oprins Plant de aandelen van de familie Oprins. Oprins Plant is een sierteeltbedrijf in Rijkevorsel met een sterke positie in niet-woekerende bamboes, bijzondere hortensia’s, en Ilex crenata als alternatief voor Buxus. Het bedrijf werd in 1991 opgericht door Jan en Paul Oprins tezamen met Chantal Quirynen en groeide uit tot een succesvolle speler in de Europese sierteelt-sector.
